Attached are the academic salary scales for the 1994-95 year. The increase for student academic employees will be effective, and paid, retroactive to October 1, 1994. All other academic employees will be paid the appropriate range adjustment effective January 1, 1995 (this three-month delay is due to the need to accumulate funds to pay the unfunded 1991-92 merits). Thus the salary scales (except for student academic salary pages) reflect an effective date of October 1, 1994, footnoted to indicate an implementation date of January 1, 1995.
