Attached are the academic salary scales which take effect October 1, 1996, and reflect the range and parity adjustments as follow: I. Titles Eligible for Range/Parity Adjustment A cumulative 5% (2% range adjustment, 3% parity adjustment) is applied to all ranks and steps of the following title series: * Professor series (including Professor in Residence, Professor of Clinical ___, Adjunct Professor, Clinical Professor series) * Agronomist series * Lecturer with Security of Employment and Senior Lecturer with Security of Employment series II. Exclusively Represented Academic Employees * Librarians - 2% range adjustment in accordance with the MOU * Unit 18 (including Lecturers, Supervisors of Teacher Education, Nursery School Teachers) - 4.5% range adjustment in accordance with the MOU III. Other Academic Titles (including student academic titles) Salary scales for all academic titles not identified in I or II above shall be range adjusted by 2%, across-the-board. IV. Off-Scale Salaries Academic appointees with off-scale salaries will receive the range and/or parity adjustment on the base salary only. V.
