APM-110, Academic Personnel Definitions, 10/1/09.
Adds definition of domestic partner.
APM-230, Visiting Appointments, 10/1/09.
Allows for a total period of consecutive service not to exceed three years for appointees in the Visiting Assistant Professor Programs in Mathematics.
APM-279, Clinical Professor Series, Volunteer Series, 10/1/09.
Changes title of section 279-20 from "Conditions of Employment" to "Conditions of Appointment."
APM-360, Librarian Series, 10/1/09.
Revises procedures to establish normal periods of service for Librarians at each rank and step that are consistent with those set forth for unit members in the MOU between the University of California and University Council--American Federation of Teachers for the Professional Librarian Unit.
APM-520, Employment of Near Relatives, 10/1/09.
Adds child of a domestic partner (same sex or opposite sex) to the definition of near relative.
APM-765, Death Payments, 10/1/09.
New; section implements Section 103.8 of the Standing Orders of The Regents, clarifies eligibility criteria for academic appointees, and is consistent with PPSM Section 83.
