The Administrative Policy Unit in the Office of Compliance and Policy is responsible for maintaining the campuswide Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM), and Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM).
- The PPM contains administrative policies that are relevant to the campus at large.
- The PPSM contains the UC Davis procedures implementing the systemwide personnel policies for staff members.
The systemwide policies are available at the Universitywide Policy Office website.
Other units across campus maintain certain policies that are applicable to a more limited audience, or are required by external accreditation or licensing agencies. All policies maintained by other units must be compliant with the campuswide administrative policies contained in the PPM.
